BANTAM: BEST BOND COVERS EVER?

BANTAM: BEST JAMES BOND COVERS EVER?

  1. I will always love the old Signet paperback covers of the Bond books but the Bantam book covers are a very close second (certainly miles ahead of those Jove covers when Jove reissued some Bond titles (I think the Jove reprints were in the 80s).

  2. Did Bantam ever do the rest of the Bond titles? These came out when the Bond craze was pretty much over, and I don't think they sold all that well.

One of the reasons they may not have sold that well is that Signet saturated the market. When I was a kid in the late sixties, you cold not walk into a used bookstore and not see huge stacks of the Signet Bonds sitting on the shelves.
